5:00 PM – Guest Arrival

  • Settle in, grab a refreshing drink, and prepare for a heart-centered evening.

5:30 PM – Opening Ceremony

  • Begin with a serene meditation and intention-setting ritual.

  • A special handfasting ceremony symbolizing the sacred bond of our love.

6:00 PM – Blessings & Sacred Words

  • Join us as family and friends share meaningful blessings to honor this union.

6:30 PM – Dinner & Toasts

  • Enjoy a delicious taco feast while connecting with loved ones.

  • Followed by heartfelt speeches and stories that will make us laugh and cry.

  • Raise your glass for celebratory toasts filled with love and joy.

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM Dance into the Night

  • Kick off the festivities with a fun and lively dance lesson to warm up the dance floor. (Hint: Be ready for a touch Bachata!)

  • Enjoy a night of free dancing under the stars, celebrating love and joy.

Santa Barbara Airport 50 min drive.

Los Angeles International Airport 2h 25min drive.

Hotels:

Solvang is a very touristy town so there are loads of options for places to stay but we highly recommend you book early on as Summer is the busiest time. Here are some of my favorites:

Know Before You Go

  • Attire: Think summery, vibrant, and festive! Channel colorful, salsa-inspired vibes or embrace a relaxed bohemian style. Comfortable shoes for dancing are encouraged, as we’ll be heating up the dance floor!

  • Kids Policy: We’re delighted to welcome children to join in the celebration! With plenty of farm animals to entertain them, it’s sure to be a memorable experience for little ones.

  • Weather: August days can be hot, but our evening start time will keep things comfortable. Be prepared for cooler summer nights by bringing a light layer to stay cozy as the evening unfolds.
